From private aviation and rare access to world-class events to bespoke journeys and exclusive experiences, we deliver tailor-made solutions for the world’s most discerning clientele. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to join our fast-paced, international, and design-led London office in Holborn.

  • Support the coordination of luxury travel requests, working closely with Senior Luxury Experience Designers and the Team Leader
  • Communicate with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and partners under the guidance of senior team members
  • Support the maintenance of professional relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Use BeConcierge CRM to create, update, and track bookings, products, and contacts
  • Assist with quotations, pricing, and follow-ups to support sales performance and conversion rates
  • Work closely with the team to help resolve client requests and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Collect and share client feedback with senior team members to support continuous service improvement

Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage

Passionate about luxury travel, lifestyle, and high-end service

Based in London (this is a fully in-office position)

Previous experience, internships, or a strong interest in the travel, hospitality, or luxury service industry
