The post holder will be dedicated to the effective invoice generation and debt collection of the Queen Mary residential estate, currently worth £26M per annum. Key operational liaisons will be required with the central credit control team at Queen Mary.
Experience working within a Higher Education finance environment, preferably with knowledge of either/both Agresso and Kinetics systems. Qualifications should include being educated to degree level or with relevant financial or accounting experience. Key skills: ability to plan and manage a time specific workload, excellent attention to detail and significant experience in a customer service environment.
The post holder will be required to support the Head of Housing Services and Residences Finance Manager in delivering an excellent customer focused service providing residential fee advice and payment plan arrangements, financial guidance and funding options available to students of Queen Mary, including signposting to student support services.
The post is based at the Housing Hub (Mile End Campus) with an expected start date of 1 July 2026.
