As Senior Lecturer in Marketing Technology & AI, you'll join the Department of Marketing to bring current industry expertise into our programmes, including the BSc Marketing and Management. You'll teach across undergraduate and postgraduate provision, drive curriculum innovation in marketing technology, AI, digital marketing and analytics, and build lasting links with technology providers, agencies and professional bodies. Expect to organise guest lectures, practitioner workshops and industry projects, contribute scholarship connected to your professional practice, and support colleagues' development within a collegial department.
You're an experienced professional with substantial expertise in marketing technology, data and AI within contemporary marketing practice. You hold a PhD in Marketing or equivalent professional experience, professional accreditation relevant to digital marketing or AI (e.g. CIM, DMA, MRS, IPA), and HE teaching accreditation (or willingness to work towards it). You bring current, national-level standing in your field, a network you can draw on for students' benefit, and a proven ability to design and deliver high-quality teaching in areas like AI in marketing or analytics. You communicate complex ideas clearly and have a track record of mentoring others.
