You will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, design and implement custom applications, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.The role involves ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to optimize performance and user experience. Holding a Salesforce Administrator Certification and a Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I), and you possess hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and developing Salesforce solutions.Your skills should include user management, data integrity maintenance, APEX programming, and Lightning Web Components development. You are skilled at problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your background may include experience in higher education or similar sectors, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges they present.
