Queen Mary University of London is looking for a world-class Professor of Marketing in the School of Business & Management.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong research leadership producing internationally excellent scholarship, publishing in top-tier journals, securing external funding, and shaping the long-term research strategy of the Department of Marketing.
- Contribute to innovative, research-led teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; influence curriculum development and enhance student learning.
- Supervise PhD researchers, mentor colleagues, and actively contribute to the School’s strategic priorities including public engagement, industry collaboration, equality & inclusion, and interdisciplinary initiatives.
Qualifications
- Outstanding senior scholar with vision, academic leadership and a commitment to delivering impactful research, outstanding teaching and positive contributions to the wider university community.
- Accomplished and internationally recognised scholar in Marketing with a strong track record of world-leading research, including publications in top-tier journals and clear plans for future impactful work.
- Significant experience in securing external research funding, developing high-quality research collaborations, and supervising PhD students to successful completion.

- Appointment at Grade 8 (professorial, off-scale); salary competitive and commensurate with research profile, skills and experience.
