Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver student recruitment, marketing and communications for the School of Business and Management.
  • Produce and manage web content, social media, email communications, print and digital media, and events.
  • Support student recruitment activities and contribute to marketing and communications for a variety of audiences.
  • Use a content management system for web content and a customer relationship management system to create and send email communications.
  • Manage social media channels and create engaging content across multiple media.
  • Apply photo and video editing skills to support marketing initiatives.
  • Problem-solve and make independent decisions while collaborating with a small, specialist marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing or communications with an understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Experience developing web content using a CMS and creating/sending email communications via a CRM.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build stakeholder trust.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in photo and video editing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and alignment with Queen Mary values.
  • Knowledge and experience in UK higher education is an advantage.
