The Programme and Quality Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of programme administration and quality assurance processes within the School. The role oversees student administration, assessment, progression, examination boards and committee support, while ensuring compliance with University regulations. The post holder line manages Programme and Quality Officers, works closely with academic and professional services colleagues, supports student enquiries and quality reviews, and contributes to the continuous improvement of education-related processes and services.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in Higher Education administration and a strong understanding of programme management, assessment and quality assurance processes. You will be an effective people manager with excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. The role requires experience of supporting examination boards, interpreting academic regulations and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Strong communication, IT and data management skills are essential, alongside a commitment to delivering excellent service and continuous improvement.
