Queen Mary University of London is looking for a world‑class Professor of Marketing in the School of Business & Management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong research leadership producing internationally excellent scholarship, publishing in top‑tier journals, securing external funding, and shaping the long‑term research strategy of the Department of Marketing.
  • Contribute to innovative, research‑led teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; influence curriculum development and enhance student learning.
  • Supervise PhD researchers, mentor colleagues, and actively contribute to the School’s strategic priorities including public engagement, industry collaboration, equality & inclusion, and interdisciplinary initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding senior scholar with vision, academic leadership and a commitment to delivering impactful research, outstanding teaching and positive contributions to the wider university community.
  • Accomplished and internationally recognised scholar in Marketing with a strong track record of world‑leading research, including publications in top‑tier journals and clear plans for future impactful work.
  • Significant experience in securing external research funding, developing high‑quality research collaborations, and supervising PhD students to successful completion.
