In this exciting position, you will play a key role in advancing the University’s strategy, championing technology-enhanced teaching and learning. Your primary focus will be to support and nurture a culture of innovation in pedagogy, making Queen Mary’s distinctive approach a cornerstone of our educational practices. You will work collaboratively with Faculties, Schools, and Institutes to deliver on their educational priorities through comprehensive resources, consultancy, and workshops.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering engaging blended content
- Integrating digital pedagogies across academic programmes
- Supporting the development of active learning methods to boost student engagement
- Creating an integrated training and development system, encompassing workshops, events, and forums aimed at fostering continuous educator development
- Contributing to scholarship development, evaluating impact, and supporting initiatives such as Queen Mary Academy Fellowships, funded projects, and the annual Festival of Education
