The ER Advisor will work as part of the Employee Relations and Policy team, supporting a portfolio of faculty and professional services teams, helping to enhance people management practices and the interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role is primarily based at Department W office, 81 Mile End Road, London, with occasional visits to other sites. The role offers hybrid working (home and office). The role holder will operate in a supportive and coaching way, providing robust and pragmatic support to enable managers to develop confidence and competence to effectively deal with day-to-day people management issues.
