Responsibilities: The post holder will manage data requirements for the Barts Bioresource to support relaunch, plan and deliver data management initiatives to address retrospective and prospective data for legacy cohorts, oversee and manage data systems, ensuring integrity, availability and security of Barts Bioresource data. They will work closely with the Barts Secure Data Environment team and clinical teams to improve the data flow between NHS Healthcare data systems to enrich the data and enhance end user experience. The post holder will adhere to data governance and act as a resource to the wider team.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science or related field, direct experience managing data of a Biobank or Bioresource, and experience planning and managing workflows for a Bioresource. They should also have knowledge of Barts Health Trust data security and regulatory compliance.
