Working within the Library Learning Support and Engagement (LLSE) team, you will play an important role in enhancing how students engage with Library Services and the Academic Skills Centre. The role combines communications and engagement work with operational support, offering the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of student‑facing activities and projects.
You will be an organised and proactive professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a busy environment.
Responsibilities- Promote library spaces, services and initiatives through digital content, marketing materials, events and social media.
- Support the Academic Skills Centre through enquiry management, online learning resources and reporting activities.
- Collaborate across Library Services and the wider university to contribute to projects and initiatives that improve the student experience and support service development.
- Manage a varied workload and maintain a high‑quality, inclusive service for diverse student and staff communities.
- Experience creating engaging digital content for websites, virtual learning environments or social media.
- Strong digital and analytical skills.
