You will contribute to the delivery of teaching activities in the subject area of Sociology. This may include teaching on some or all of the following modules:
- Global Sociology
- Introduction to Social Science Methodologies
- Qualitative Methods for Social Science Research
- Quantitative Methods for Social Science Research
Additional duties include supervising dissertations, acting as a student adviser, and marking assessment.
Qualifications
PhD in Sociology or an equivalent field with expertise in Sociology and Social Science methods/methodologies. Knowledge of quantitative methods for the study of politics is desirable. Demonstrated teaching experience and a commitment to high‑quality teaching in Higher Education.
