Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated Information Systems and Data Management Officer to join our expanding team of data management and IT staff supporting a growing portfolio of clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Support activities related to data management and database development for clinical research (including user accounts management, managing helpdesk enquiries, documents review, user testing and data extraction).
- Support information governance.
Qualifications
- Education: A-levels or above.
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word and Teams).
- Some experience of data management and/or building online forms and writing data validation checks.
- Experience and knowledge of information governance is desirable.
- Excellent communication, organisation skills and attention to detail.
About the Team
The post‑holder will work in the Centre for Evaluation and Methods (CEM), and, in particular, will contribute to the Pragmatic Clinical Trials Unit, a fully registered UKCRC trials unit which leads and supports clinical trials.
