About the Role
This is a senior pivotal position within the IHSE\’s leadership team, working directly with the Director of Education, and providing high level leadership and management support for the effective operation and delivery of the IHSE\’s educational portfolio of clinical academic programmes with specific responsibility for oversight of the student experience and supporting and building on the work of the Director of Education. This includes curriculum and assessment delivery and responsibility for addressing the NSS and PTES.
About You
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree and significant experience in the operational and administration of large-scale clinical programmes of study and extensive experience of major project and programme management (preferably within a higher education and/or NHS environment). They will have experience of working in partnership with service users to address issues and concerns and provide subject matter expertise across several key areas relating to strategy, operations and student experience.
