About the Role The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for the efficient preparation, cooking, presentation, and service of food and beverages to the highest standards. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the post holder will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage service. The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends, as this is a five-day-out-of-seven operation. This is a fixed-term, casual worker agreement for four months, offering an hourly rate of £16.34. Interested applicants should email their CV along with a covering letter.
