The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for the efficient preparation, cooking, presentation, and service of food and beverages to the highest standards. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the post holder will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage service. The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends, as this is a five-day-out-of-seven operation.

Qualifications

  • City and Guilds 706 1/2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience of working in commercial catering or hospitality environment.
  • High standard of food knowledge, cooking ability and presentation.
  • Good knowledge of health & safety, COSHH and HACCP procedures.
