This role provides an entry point into the PMO function, offering the opportunity to develop skills in project controls, reporting, governance, continuous improvements and stakeholder engagement under supervision.
The ITS PMO defines and maintains standards for IT-related projects. The Associate PMO Analyst will support the collection and upkeep of project, programme and financial information, helping ensure records are complete and accurate.
The PMO acts as a central point for project information and reporting across IT projects. The post holder will help maintain this information and support regular reporting activities for key stakeholders. The post holder will also assist in improving the quality and usability of project information, supporting effective governance and oversight of IT change delivery.
The post holder will have knowledge of project methodologies and have experience in project support, programmes or team administration. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail are key, along with a proactive and reliable approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
IT Services is responsible for the provision of all IT-related services to the University. The department develops new IT solutions in collaboration with colleagues from across the University, whilst also ensuring the ongoing smooth operation of existing solutions.
