We’re looking for a current Queen Mary University of London student to become our Sustainability and Volunteering Intern within our Volunteering Team, who will support the Student Engagement Team to improve our volunteering and sustainability offer to students and deliver related events on campus. You would work on sustainability initiatives such as Big Green Canal Cleans, re-use fairs, welcome fair and more and support the wider volunteering programme as well. You’ll improve students’ understanding of volunteering and sustainability within the SU and engage with students via email, social media and in person. You’ll support the wider SU in Sustainability and Volunteering related projects where appropriate and you are passionate about the impact we can have.
Please note: the successful candidate would ideally commence in the role from 1 September 2026. Only students who will be enrolled at Queen Mary University of London in the 2026-2027 academic year can apply for this role.
