Queen Katharine Academy is seeking an Attendance Officer to promote excellent attendance across the academy, reduce persistent absence and support students to achieve their best. You will maintain accurate attendance records, monitor daily attendance processes, liaise with pastoral teams and provide timely information and support to staff, students and parents.
You will work closely with families, conducting meetings and home visits where needed, building positive relationships that encourage engagement.
