Hours: 35 hours, 39 weeks (term time plus one week)

Salary: Pathway 5, £25,971 - £27,893 annum (FTE £32,061 - £34,434)

Your role: As a HLTA specialising in SEND strategy and access arrangements, you will play a key role in driving inclusive practice across QKA. Working closely with the SENDCo, you will lead targeted interventions, support EHCP outcomes and coordinate access arrangements to ensure every learner can demonstrate their potential. You will monitor progress, maintain accurate records and use the graduated approach to plan and review support, while building strong partnerships with staff, families and external professionals. You are a confident, qualified HLTA with strong SEND knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, organise and adapt support with impact. You will be committed to inclusion, able to inspire learners with a wide range of needs, and motivated to take responsibility for improving outcomes across the academy.
