Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours, 39weeks (term time plus one week)
Working pattern: 7.30am -3.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Pathway 4, £25,638- £27,371 per annum (FTE £29,540 - £31,537)
Site: Queen Katharine Academy

Yourrole:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'llplay a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absencesby delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects. Whilst keep learning on track, you'll createa calm, purposeful environment where every student feels supported. You'll work with learners of all abilities, helpingthem stay engaged and making sure each lesson runs smoothly in the teacher'sabsence. You'll also play an important part in the wider life of the academy bysupporting staff, contributing to pastoral care and assisting the Cover Teamwith day-to-dayadministrative tasks.
You're the ideal candidate if youhave experience working with young people in an educational setting, cancommunicate clearly, and feel comfortable leading a class independently.
