Your role: As Attendance Officer, you will promote excellent attendance across the academy, helping to reduce persistent absence and lateness while supporting students to achieve their best. You will maintain accurate attendance records, monitor daily attendance processes, liaise with pastoral teams and provide timely information and support to staff, students and parents. You will work closely with families, conducting meetings and home visits where needed, building positive relationships that encourage regular attendance and engagement with learning.
