As a HLTA specialising in SEND strategy and access arrangements, you will play a key role in driving inclusive practice across QKA. Working closely with the SENDCo, you will lead targeted interventions, support EHCP outcomes and coordinate access arrangements to ensure every learner can demonstrate their potential.

- You will monitor progress, maintain accurate records and use the graduated approach to plan and review support, while building strong partnerships with staff, families and external professionals.
