We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Art Technician to support our Art & Design department. This key role involves preparing and maintaining studios, equipment and materials to ensure safe, effective and engaging practical lessons for students.
Working closely with teaching staff, you will support practical activities, manage resources and stock, maintain equipment, and ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times. You will also assist with exhibitions and cross-college creative activities.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Art/Design (or equivalent experience), strong practical skills, and the ability to work positively with young people in a busy creative environment.
