Queen Elizabeth School is seeking a motivated Education Welfare Officer to improve wellbeing, attendance and academic outcomes for pupils. The role is available on a full or part-time basis and involves supporting high standards of attendance, punctuality and culture across KS3 and KS4 as part of the pastoral team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Attendance Officer, Deputy Headteachers, Heads of Year, SEND and Pastoral Colleagues, as well as teachers and external agencies.
