Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and all staff.
- Provide a comprehensive range of clerical functions to support the ward team in delivering high-quality care.
- Liaise with patients, relatives, and third parties such as police, social services, and clinical staff in other trusts.
- Act as a liaison between the clinical team, the patient’s family, and other third parties.
