An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join the Frailty Same Day Emergency Care department at Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be a valued member of our team, focusing on keeping patients at the centre of all we do and providing high-quality care.
We are looking for individuals who uphold our trust values to contribute to making our patients feel comfortable and well cared for during their stay. You are required to be flexible and adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of the unit environment. Our aim is to provide our patients with the highest quality of personal care and support while they are in hospital.
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for working under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Successful candidates will attend the GROW Programme, which is the QEHKL enhanced induction programme. This includes mandatory training that all clinical staff at the hospital complete, teaching you the fundamental skills needed to perform your role and attend the Caring with Kindness programme, which focuses on essential learning from patient experience. The course is very practical, allowing plenty of time to practice new skills before starting your new role.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated Health Care Support Workers to join our teams and support them in providing effective care in a safe and therapeutic environment. The successful applicants must have:

- Willingness to undertake further training and mandatory updates as deemed necessary
