A Vacancy at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our proactive orthopaedic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide highly specialised assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients in trauma and elective orthopaedic wards.
  • Develop robust systems and processes to deliver a high‑quality rehabilitation service across both registered and non‑registered staff.
  • Lead the rehabilitation service within orthopaedics, including advanced assessment and treatment of orthopaedic trauma and elective patients with complex or chronic presentations.
  • Use advanced clinical reasoning to determine diagnosis, treatment, onward referrals and maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate the orthopaedic therapy team service together with the orthopaedic physiotherapy lead; delegate tasks to the team as required.
  • Contribute to weekend working and participate in adjusted hours to facilitate same‑day discharges within the elective pathway.
