You will be required to process information and data provided by the Trust in both electronic and manual formats, in accordance with Trust policies and procedures, to ensure accurate salary payments and meet deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing payroll initially under the guidance of senior colleagues.
- Attaining a high level of competence in Medical Council Terms & Conditions of Service (T&Cs), Local T&Cs, and Agenda for Change T&Cs.
- Developing expertise in the NHS Pension Scheme, PAYE, NIC, and payroll legislation.
- Analyzing incoming information, validating it, and querying discrepancies.
- Developing communication and presentation skills to confidently explain payroll outcomes to individuals, even under pressure.
