Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient service in a buzzing hospital setting? Our Maternity team are looking for a Ward Clerk to join their vibrant team at Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital. This rewarding, patient-facing role puts you at the heart of our ward, supporting expectant parents during some of the most significant and vulnerable moments of their lives.

You’ll provide exceptional customer service to our patients, their relatives and friends, then administrative support, coordinate admissions and discharges, and handle enquiries sensitively and professionally. Strong organisational skills, empathy, and excellent interpersonal abilities are vital to succeed within this role.

In this role you will be expected to do shift work covering both day and night shifts (8am–8pm / 8pm–8am) throughout the week, including weekends.
