About the role

This is a hands‑on Nail Technician role working with a loyal and established guest base across BIAB, gel polish, manicures, pedicures and natural nail care.

You will be expected to deliver treatments confidently and professionally, create beautiful and durable results and maintain the high standards Queen B is known for.

Full support is provided on Queen B systems, products, treatment protocols and guest experience standards, but this is an experienced Nail Technician role rather than a trainee position.

What you’ll do

• Deliver BIAB overlays and infills to a consistently high professional standard
• Deliver professional manicures, pedicures and gel polish treatments
• Prepare, shape and finish nails precisely while protecting the natural nail
• Carry out safe manual preparation and removal without relying on an e‑file
• Carry out consultations and identify contraindications or unsuitable treatments where necessary
• Provide appropriate aftercare and natural nail advice
• Maintain excellent hygiene, workstation and professional presentation standards
• Manage your appointment column professionally and on time
• Build strong guest relationships and support rebooking
• Work positively as part of a small, experienced salon team

What we’re looking for

• Completed Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Nail Services, Nail Technology or a recognised equivalent appropriate to the treatments you perform
• At least 2 years’ recent, hands‑on experience as a qualified Nail Technician in a professional salon or spa
• Confidence delivering BIAB overlays and infills, gel polish, manicures and pedicures independently
• Excellent natural nail knowledge and a strong focus on maintaining natural nail integrity
• Precise nail painting, shaping and cuticle work
• Confidence carrying out preparation and removal without relying on an e‑file
• Excellent hygiene, guest care and communication skills
• Good treatment timing and appointment management
• Right to work in the UK
• Availability to work Saturdays and alternate Sundays
