What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Deliver high-end intimate waxing (Brazilian and Hollywood) with precision, confidence and guest comfort.
- Provide advanced facials and massage treatments that deliver visible results and long-term guest satisfaction.
- Carry out in-depth consultations, skin analysis and bespoke treatment planning.
- Build and maintain long-term guest relationships that drive repeat bookings and referrals.
- Recommend appropriate retail and homecare products where suitable.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, cleanliness and treatment-room standards (non-negotiable).
- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to other therapists as part of a senior, lead-level role.
- Contribute to overall service quality, consistency and operational standards.
- Champion a calm, professional and guest-centred salon environment.
The Standard We Expect
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or VTCT / ITEC / City and Guilds equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ recent, consistent salon or spa experience.
- Fully confident and experienced in intimate waxing.
- Strong facial and skin knowledge, including consultation, analysis and aftercare.
- Confident massage delivery with good pressure control, draping and guest awareness.
- Comfortable supporting, guiding and setting standards for other therapists.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
- A commutable distance to South Croydon (approximately 45 minutes).
