Due to our constant growth, Queen B are looking for 3 experienced and qualified Beauty Therapists to join our award-winning salon. Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is an award-winning space based in South Croydon where excellent service, attention to detail, and hygiene protocols are paramount.

What can you expect in this role?
As a beauty therapist, you will be working as part of a passionate skilled team of professionally-trained therapists, tailoring treatments to make each guest’s experience extra special. Queen B offers a wide range of professional beauty and well-being treatments designed to help guests relax and feel revitalised.
You’ll get to work in beautiful luxurious surroundings in a busy environment delivering an amazing end-to-end client experience, interacting with our guests from reception through to the treatment and guiding guests towards the right products to buy and take home. As an expert beauty therapist, you’ll be able to help shape, guide, and identify any improvements to the salon making our guests feel welcome and want to come back again and again.

What do you need?
Our focus is to always deliver excellent customer service and to provide a great experience for our guests. This is achieved through each therapist being motivated, creative, and working together as a team. We want our guests to feel relaxed and revitalised when they visit and that any interactions prior to and during their visit go smoothly, so excellent customer service skills are required.
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 Beauty (or equivalent)
- Confident in performing a range of beauty treatments including excellent natural nail care, waxing, and face and body treatments
- Proven salon experience
- Proactive
- Competent in IT systems and able to use standard software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail.
