Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is a standards‑led, multi‑award‑winning salon in South Croydon specialising in natural nail care, BIAB and soft gel polish as well as luxury results‑driven treatments. We are recruiting for an experienced Nail Technician who can deliver high‑quality, structurally sound BIAB and gel services consistently and independently. This role is not for beginners and is not suitable for newly qualified applicants.
What You’ll Be Doing
- BIAB and Builder Gel overlays and infills to a high standard
- Professional manicures and health‑focused pedicures
- Safe gel application and removal without damaging the natural nail
- Maintaining strict hygiene and sterilisation standards
- Delivering a calm, professional guest experience
- Supporting repeat bookings through consistent results
Requirements (Read Before Applying)
- Minimum 2 years’ recent salon experience
- Confidence in BIAB, natural nail care and gel polish
- Strong preparation, structure and finishing technique
- High hygiene standards and attention to detail
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Availability in evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently from day one

- You mainly specialise in acrylics
- You are not confident with BIAB or natural nail care
- You need ongoing basic training
