Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is a standards-led salon built on consistency, results and guest experience. As we move through our 10th year and continue to grow, we are hiring an experienced Beauty Therapist to join a busy, established team. Queen B is a finalist in the Scratch Stars Awards 2026 for Nail and Beauty Salon of the Year. This is a role for experienced therapists only who already operate at a high level and want to work in a structured, professional environment.
The Role
- You will deliver high-quality treatments across core services, maintain strong guest relationships, and manage a busy column with consistency. This is not a training role. You must be confident performing from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced facials, massage and professional waxing treatments
- Conduct thorough consultations and tailor treatments to guest needs
- Maintain strict hygiene and treatment standards at all times
- Build and retain a loyal guest base through consistent results
- Manage your column effectively, maintaining rebooking and timing discipline
- Recommend relevant retail and treatment plans
- Deliver a consistently high-level guest experience
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent: VTCT, ITEC, City and Guilds)
- Minimum 3 years’ recent salon or spa experience
- Strong ability in: Advanced facials, Female and male intimate waxing (Brazilian and Hollywood essential)
- Confident consultation and contraindication knowledge
- Professional, reliable and consistent under pressure
- Right to work in the UK
- Natural nail care experience is an advantage, not essential.
