Queen Alexandra College is seeking a Positive Behaviour & Engagement Officer to support students with behaviour and engagement.

The role sits within the Student Support department and will be based at Harborne, Birmingham, with occasional site visits to satellite locations.

You will use data collection to monitor behaviour, help develop proactive interventions, and contribute to Positive Behaviour Support and Student Safety Plans in collaboration with staff and external agencies.
