Queen Alexandra College in Birmingham is seeking a Personal Development & Progress Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership of the Progress Coach team, ensuring high standards in learner progress monitoring, personal development, tutorial delivery and preparation for adulthood outcomes.
The postholder will line manage Progress Coaches, lead quality assurance and CPD, and maintain a reduced caseload of up to 10 learners to model excellent practice and maximise learner impact.
