A cutting-edge AI company are hiring an AI Agent Software Engineer to join their engineering team, building top-tier AI agents for some of the world’s fastest-growing and most recognisable brands. Having raised over $230M from world-class investors and founders behind many of the biggest names in modern tech, they are scaling rapidly and redefining what AI-powered customer experience can be.
You will build on a leading AI agent platform, collaborate with major customers across multiple industries, and ship high-performance systems end-to-end. Engineers here are trusted with full ownership, autonomy, and the freedom to architect solutions that truly push the boundaries.
You will:
- Design and build AI agents that handle sophisticated customer conversations and improve retention
- Identify cross-customer patterns to shape future platform development
- Experiment with and evaluate state-of-the-art text and voice models
- Integrate AI systems at scale with enterprise clients
- Diagnose and fix deep system issues across complex technology stacks
- Own your work end-to-end — from build to deployment to iteration
You should bring:
- 2-6 years (minimum) of industry experience in software engineering
- Strong proficiency with Python, Typescript, and asynchronous programming
- High comfort analysing and debugging across layered system architectures
- A mindset geared around ownership, autonomy, and building with pace
- Big Plus - Multi-modal model experience
