They are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading a team, improving processes, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, delegate, and supervise a warehouse team of up to 10 staff
- Promote strong communication and teamwork across the department
- Define and implement processes that drive operational efficiency
- Oversee all aspects of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Monitor and ensure the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of warehouse activities
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles
- Assist with deliveries when necessary
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proficient in inventory management and control systems
- Valid drivers licence and forklift operating certification
- Comfortable using warehouse software and general computer applications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Flexible and available to work extended hours when required
