About The Company

We are a fast-growing startup at the intersection of quantum computing and financial services, applying cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions to solve complex business problems for our clients.

Our mission is to deliver real-world impact through high-quality product development, operational excellence, and strategic client engagement. We value collaboration, curiosity, and ownership, and are building a team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

About The Role

The Founders' Associate is the CEO's right hand on revenue, brand and investor work: the person who turns founder conversations into pipeline, collateral, board material and a growing platform community.

It is a generalist, high-exposure role. You will work directly with the founders, our investors and partners (Standard Chartered and Fujitsu), and senior people at banks, hedge funds and quantum hardware providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business development and go-to-market support (~15%)
  • Research target institutions and decision-makers; prepare briefing notes before CEO meetings.
  • Draft tailored outreach, follow-ups and intro emails for the CEO's review.
  • Turn meetings into next steps: capture actions, chase owners and keep threads moving.
  • Support proposals, POC scoping documents and pitch materials for prospective clients and partners.
  • Coordinate partner-led opportunities with Standard Chartered, Fujitsu and ecosystem partners.
  • Business development operations (~10%)
  • Own CRM hygiene: contacts, opportunities, stages and next steps kept current.
  • Maintain the pipeline view and weekly pipeline report for the CEO.
  • Track funnel metrics: leads, meetings, conversion and time in funnel.
  • Manage the CEO's commercial calendar around meetings, events and travel.
  • Marketing materials (~10%)
  • Maintain the master pitch deck and its client-segment variants (banks, hedge funds, partners).
  • Produce one-pagers, case studies, product sheets and event collateral.
  • Keep materials accurate: every performance figure traceable to an approved source.
  • Marketing and social media content (~15%)
  • Draft LinkedIn posts for the company page and the CEO's profile.
  • Coordinate press releases, media features and thought-leadership pieces with research input.
  • Keep website content and news current; track impressions, visits and inbound enquiries.
  • Customer success (~10%)
  • Act as day-to-day contact for clients and POC partners on non-technical matters.
  • Coordinate onboarding steps across commercial, engineering and research.
  • Run check-ins, gather feedback and track satisfaction (NPS) and open requests.
  • Spot renewal and expansion opportunities and raise them with the CEO.
  • Quantum platform community champion (~20%)
  • Grow the platform community: registrations, active users and partner engagement.
  • Run onboarding for early users and platform demos alongside engineering.
  • Organise webinars, meetups and community content; represent Qubitra at ecosystem events.
  • Feed user and partner feedback into the platform roadmap.
  • Board packs (~10%)
  • Coordinate the quarterly board pack: timeline, contributor inputs and assembly.
  • Draft the commercial, GTM and platform narrative sections for the CEO.
  • Work with the COO, who owns the financial numbers, to keep the pack consistent.
  • Prepare investor updates and track board actions to completion.
  • Town hall and internal comms (~10%)
  • Prepare town hall agendas, slides and talking points for the CEO.
  • Draft internal updates on wins, client news, OKR progress and new joiners.
  • Collect questions and follow-ups from the team and close the loop.

Required Experience

  • Overall work experience of 1–5 years.
  • 2–3 years in a marketing, business development, commercial strategy, communication, co-ordination or business-support role.
  • Start-up or small-company experience.
  • Experience or interest in a B2B environment.

Nice To Have Experience

  • Passion for frontier technologies such as quantum computing.
  • Notion / CRM management experience.
  • AI tool experience (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor).
  • Interest in financial services
