In this highly visible role, you will help shape the future of technical learning and knowledge sharing across QRT.

Working closely with senior technology leaders, engineering teams and business stakeholders, you will identify evolving technical capability needs, design and deliver initiatives that accelerate technical excellence and foster a strong engineering community across the firm.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale technical programmes that reach hundreds of engineers globally while contributing to QRT’s continued growth as a leading technology-driven investment firm.

Your future role at QRT

  • Partner with the CTO organisation and technology leaders in business departments to identify strategic technical capability needs across QRT and develop initiatives to address them.
  • Design, organise and continuously improve QRT's technical learning programmes, ensuring they remain aligned with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Lead the delivery of internal technical conferences, Tech Camps, Tech Summits and community events, including workshops and training programmes, across QRT.
  • Build and foster a vibrant internal technical community connecting engineering teams across both the CTO organisation and business departments.
  • Develop and maintain learning resources, documentation and knowledge‑sharing platforms.
  • Design and continuously improve technical assessments and hiring standards, ensuring QRT recruits the technical talent needed to support future grow
  • Build trusted relationships with senior engineers, managers and executives to understand evolving technical priorities and translate them into impactful Academy initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen QRT's technical culture and promote collaboration across teams.

Your present skillset

  • Significant experience leading complex technical programmes, engineering initiatives or technology-focused learning programmes.
  • Previous hands‑on technical experience, ideally as a software engineer or in another highly technical role, with the credibility to engage and influence experienced engineering teams.
  • Excellent project and programme management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience organising large-scale technical events, conferences or community initiatives, with a genuine interest in building and growing technical communities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior technical leaders across the organisation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organised, proactive and energetic, with a strong sense of ownership and a focus on
