As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the attraction and hiring of top talent.

  • Your Future Role at QRT
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact between candidates, interviewers and hiring teams, resolving scheduling challenges and keeping processes on track.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates at every stage.
  • Represent QRT at university events and careers fairs where required.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects.
  • Your Present Skillset
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years' experience in recruitment coordination, operations, administration, events, or a similar stakeholder-facing role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented.
