- Your Future Role at QRT
- Your core objective is to support the full recruitment cycle for our intern and graduate positions across Research and Trading.
- Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process while guiding candidates throughout each stage to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to support effective hiring decisions.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend campus-based activities, including in-house days and interview days for students.
- Collaborate closely with the Campus Team to deliver a global internship and graduate recruitment programme.
- Strengthen and expand QRT’s presence across campus and industry events.
- Your present skillset
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience within the technology, data science, investment management, or fintech sectors; in-house campus recruitment experience is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with recruitment platforms, particularly Greenhouse and Linked In.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive tasks through to successful completion.
- A collaborative mindset combined with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a high‑performance, fast‑paced, and continuously evolving environment.
