Join our London office to lead Corporate Access, supporting our Analysts and Research teams by coordinating access to corporates, conferences and key industry events.

You will build strong relationships with brokers and corporate Investor Relations teams to maximise corporate access opportunities across the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate corporate access opportunities across investment teams, helping to maximise access to corporate management teams, Investor Relations professionals, and industry events.
  • Manage relationships with broker corporate access teams and conference organisers to support the firm\'s research objectives.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows, research trips, and other corporate access activities.
  • Work closely with investment teams to understand research priorities and facilitate relevant access opportunities.
  • Maintain records, reporting, and analytics relating to corporate access activity, broker engagement, and conference participation.
  • Partner with Compliance to ensure appropriate governance and documentation of corporate interactions.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help develop scalable workflows as the corporate access function evolves.

Qualifications

  • Experience within corporate access, research coordination, research operations, investor relations, or a related function within financial services.
  • Understanding of the interaction between investment professionals, corporates, Investor Relations teams, and sell-side providers.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with experience producing reporting and management information.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with corporate access, CRM, or event management systems is advantageous.
