Join our HR team in London as an HR Operations Specialist. In this role, you will support employee lifecycle activities while delivering a high-quality employee experience. Working closely with colleagues across HR, you will help ensure that processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the needs of the business.
Your future role at QRT:
- Facilitate operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including background screening, immigration support, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and HRIS updates.
- Deliver high-quality support to employees and HR Business Partners across a broad range of HR and employee experience matters.
- Partner with Compensation, Payroll, Global Mobility, and Talent Development teams on cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate employee data and help ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems and processes.
- Drive process enhancements and automation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and the employee experience.
Your present skillset:
- Degree‑level qualification, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR Operations or a similar employee‑facing HR function.
- Awareness of multi‑jurisdictional employment law, specifically within the EMEA region.
- Experience working with HR systems, ticket management platforms, and workflow automation tools.
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Collaborative team mindset, with a focus on supporting colleagues across HR and the wider business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
