The Network Automation team works closely with infrastructure and business stakeholders to build reliable, scalable tools that simplify network operations and improve efficiency.

You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, working with network engineers and technology teams to turn operational needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions while helping shape the team’s technology, processes, and best practices.

  • Your Future Role within QRT
  • Design and build scalable, state-of-the-art network automation applications.
  • Build modular frontend UIs and backend services.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Promote best practices across UX/UI.
  • Maintain strong standards for code quality, testing practices, and documentation.
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to keep your skills up to date and work with the team in adopting best-in-class processes and tooling.
  • Your Present Skillset
  • Expert skills in at least one of Golang, Python, or React/Type Script.
  • Good knowledge of UX, testing, CI/CD, current Dev Ops practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and AWS.
  • Knowledge of observability platforms such as Prometheus, Alert Manager, Grafana, etc.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Comfortable with agentic development workflows.
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions, progress, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery processes, including planning, estimation, and iterative releases.
