Qube is the world’s first members’ club for music and content creators, combining a vibrant creative community with state-of-the-art studios and workspaces. More than just a studio, Qube offers an entire creator industry behind one membership, working with individual creators, record labels and brands, currently operating across four locations in London.
We’re a fast-growing startup building a new category within the creative industries, and this role is a chance to work closely with an ambitious, passionate founding team.
The Membership Sales Lead is a junior front-facing, revenue-driving role focused on converting prospective members into active members, guiding prospects through tours, pricing conversations, sign-up, and onboarding. You’ll confidently host tours, clearly explain membership options and pricing, follow up with warm leads, and play a key role in building a world-class community of creators in one of London’s most exciting startups. Key Responsibilities- Membership Sales & Tours
- Deliver confident, engaging membership tours across multiple sites
- Clearly explain membership options, pricing, and benefits
- Build rapport quickly and represent the brand professionally and energetically
- Lead Management & Conversion
- Proactively manage inbound leads and enquiries and follow up with prospects via phone and email
- Convert tours into sign-ups against clear targets and confidently close conversations and chase decisions
- Member Administration
- Send out contracts and onboarding documentation and chase signed agreements and payments
- Answer follow-up questions from prospective and new members
- Ensure accurate and timely setup of new members
- Reporting & Performance
- Track tours, conversions, and sales activity, reporting regularly on performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ sales or retail experience, ideally in membership sales or similar environments
- Proven experience working toward clear targets, with comfort being measured on conversion and performance
- In-person / front-facing sales experience is essential (not solely virtual or phone-based)
- Highly organised and able to work independently, managing multiple leads and priorities
- Personable, confident, and professional when engaging with clients and members
- Strong email literacy and written communication skills
- Energetic with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
- Passionate about music and creative culture, with a genuine finger on the pulse of industry trends, creators, and emerging movements
