Responsibilities

Loyalty & Retention

  • Manage brand and CRM member initiatives that boost retention and turn members into advocates
  • Support member journey in Hubspot from onboarding to monthly communications
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and member needs to create resonant community experiences
  • Partner with the marketing team to transform member insights and stories into powerful acquisition content
  • Use data and member insights to track and improve key advocacy metrics including NPS, referral volume, and referral conversion rates

Events

  • Design and execute member events that spark connections
  • Identify and secure partnerships with relevant brands, artists and industry leaders to create compelling programming
  • Support the development of cultural and ticketed events that enhance Qube\’s position in London\’s creative landscape
  • Track event success through engagement and satisfaction metrics

We’re looking for:

  • Substantial experience managing events and/or community initiatives in music, entertainment, hospitality or creative industries
  • Demonstrable deep knowledge and relationships within London’s music and creative industry
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
