Your core objective is to support the full recruitment cycle for our intern and graduate positions. Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process while guiding candidates throughout each stage to ensure a positive candidate experience. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to support effective hiring decisions. Plan, coordinate, and attend campus-based activities, including in-house days and interview days for students. Collaborate closely with the Campus Team to deliver a global internship and graduate recruitment programme. Strengthen and expand QRT’s presence across campus and industry events.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of recruitment experience within the technology, data science, investment management, or fintech sectors; in-house campus recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms, particularly Greenhouse and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive tasks through to successful completion.
  • A collaborative mindset combined with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-performance, fast-paced, and continuously evolving environment.
